YOUR GUIDE

Hi, I’m Eleanor 🌻🫧

I’m an unlicensed autistic therapist and friendly neighborhood peer support specialist. I share mental health resources — especially around Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), OCD, complex trauma, and compassionate approaches to healing.

I create and distribute educational pamphlets because knowledge is power and compassion is medicine. I run a peer-to-peer Discord community and believe deeply that ā€œeverything passesā€ and you deserve to be met with gentleness.

When I’m not sharing resources, you’ll find me on hikes in the Texas pines, greeting the day with a smile, or marveling at butterflies — powerful reminders of transformation.

The Butterfly Journey
ā€œTrying out a new phaseā€ — June 2026

Healing often looks like metamorphosis. The messy middle between caterpillar and butterfly is where the real transformation happens. Trust the process of becoming.

Everything Passes
Core message in bio & posts

ā€œHere for everyone remember and everything passes.ā€

A profound reminder for anyone navigating intense emotions, flashbacks, or identity shifts. Distress is a visitor, not a permanent resident. You can weather it with compassion.

šŸŒ„
Nature as Regulation
Hikes, runs & small joys

ā€œPerfect nice day out for a run !!! šŸ©°ā¤ļøšŸŒ»ā€ and ā€œNice weather - ready for a great hike!ā€

Movement in nature is somatic medicine. The Texas trails, pine trees, and open sky offer grounding that no therapy room can fully replicate. Eleanor models finding joy and regulation outdoors.

Worthy of Gentle Love
ā€œDear God, next time you make me fall in loveā€¦ā€

A vulnerable, beautiful prayer for relationships that honor the heart. Healing includes learning that we deserve partners and connections that feel safe, reciprocal, and kind.
